- Junior guard Imani Warren has tallied a standout season for the Crimson & White, recently setting a new career-high with 20 points against San Diego (Nov. 24).
- Also against the Toreros, Warren tallied a new career high with seven made free throws – the most by an Aggie in a game this season.
- This became the third time during the 2025-26 campaign that Warren has tied or set a career high in points, while making her the 21st player in Conference USA to notch 20-plus points this season.
- Against Utah Tech, Warren put in the go-ahead basket to secure the victory, finishing with 13 points and four rebounds, her fifth performance of 10-plus points this season.
- Notching three blocks against Fresno State (Nov. 28), this is the most by an Aggie in a single game this season, while six assists tied a season best for NM State – equaling the total she set against New Mexico Highlands (Nov. 11).
- Against New Mexico Highlands (Nov. 11), the Milwaukee, Wis., native posted her first career double-double (15 points, 11 rebounds), and the lone double-double for the Aggies this season.
- Warren currently leads the Aggies in steals (1.8 per game; 14th in Conference USA) and free throws made (21; 16th in CUSA), while ranking second on the team in made field goals (32), blocks (5), assists (2.1 per game; 20th in CUSA) and scoring (11.0 points per game; 20th in CUSA). She is also third on the team in rebounds (37, 4.6 per game).

LUCIA LA REINA
- Senior forward Lucía Yenes showed out in the Aggies' season-opening contest against No. 18 USC (Nov. 11), tallying her first collegiate start en route to pouring in a career-high 27 points.
- This became the most by an Aggie against power conference competition since NM State Hall of Famer and three-time All-American Anita Maxwell tallied 27 against No. 20 Ole Miss in 1996.
- Through the beginning of the 2025-26 season, she holds the second-highest single-game scoring output in Conference USA, while ranking ninth in the conference in scoring (14.1 points per game). The Madrid, Spain, native also ranks sixth in the league in field goal percentage (.433), seventh in field goals made (45) and ninth in total points (113).
- With a team-high eight blocks on the season, Yenes sits ninth in the conference in blocks per game (1.0) – one of just ten players in Conference USA to average at least one block per contest.
- In the Aggies' home opener against New Mexico Highlands, the senior from Madrid notched a game-high 23 points, adding five rebounds and a trio of steals.
- Tallying back-to-back 20-plus point scoring performances to open the season, Yenes became the first Aggie to do so since Aaliyah Prince in the 2019-20 campaign.

MO REBOUNDS
- Junior forward Morane Dossou tallied her best performance in the Crimson & White against the College of Charleston (Nov. 27), finishing with 14 rebounds (five offensive) in 24 minutes off the bench.
- This became the single-game high for rebounds by an Aggie this season.
- Earning her first start with the Crimson & White against Southern Utah (Dec. 4), Dossou would again finish with double-digit rebounds, pulling down 11 in just over 16 minutes of action.
- In the comeback victory over Utah Tech, Dossou again tallied the start, finishing with two points and 11 rebounds.
- The junior from France holds three of the five 10-plus rebound performances for NM State this season, with Lucia Lara (Nov. 11) and Imani Warren (Nov. 11) recording the others.

FRESHMAN DEBUT
- Freshman forward Senoj Jones made her NM State debut against San Diego (Nov. 24) after beginning the year sidelined with injury.
- Coming off the bench, Jones tallied her first points as an Aggie late in the first half.
- In 12 minutes of action, the Tyler, Texas, native finished with six points, four rebounds and two blocks.

- Finishing with six 3-pointers made against Southern Utah on Dec. 4, this represented a new season-high for NM State.
- In the Aggies' first five contests of the season, the team combined to make 11 triples while shooting 21% from beyond the arc. Over their previous three contests, the Crimson & White have made 13 3-pointers, at a 35% clip.
- In this span, freshman Keira Hudson leads the team with four makes on seven attempts (57.1%).

- First-year Aggie Keira Hudson notched her best performance of the season against Utah Tech, posting a career-best 16 points to lead the team's comeback road victory.
- In the preceding game against Southern Utah, Hudson tallied a then-career-high of nine points.
- Knocking down four 3-pointers in the Aggies' last two games, Hudson now ranks second on the team in made 3-pointers this season.
- With nine made free throws, the Central Coast, Australia, native ranks third on the team, while leading in percentage (90%, min. 10 attempts).
SCOUTING THE MUSTANGS
- Western New Mexico is led by Head Coach Brenda Nichols, now in her second season at the helm in Silver City.
- With the Mustangs, she holds a 4-32 record, going 4-24 in her debut last season.
- Previously, Nichols led current Conference USA opponent Sam Houston, compiling a 119-235 record with the Bearkats from 2006-2018.
- Freshman center Teeya Gordon leads WNMU in scoring, averaging 9.3 points per contest, including a career-best 19 points against MSU-Denver.
- Fellow center and sophomore Angelina Khalaf is tied with Gordon for the team lead in rebounds (4.5 per game), while Khalaf also paces the squad in free throw percentage (72.2%, min. 10 attempts).
