DELAND, Fla. – The New Mexico State volleyball team picked up its second sweep of the day and fifth in a row with a 25-14, 25-18, 25-18, win over Bethune-Cookman at the Stetson Invitational on Friday afternoon. The Aggies have now won 15-straight sets.

The Aggies (8-3, 0-0 WAC) hit .350 or over for the third-straight match, finishing with a .379 hitting percentage while holding the Wildcats to .099 hitting. NM State also out-killed Bethune-Cookman 50-18 on the afternoon.

Shaney Lipscomb was superb, finishing the match with 11 kills on 13 swings with no errors (.846 HT%) while All-Region middle
Lia Mosher hit .615 with nine kills. Mosher has now hit .310 or above in 12 of her last 13 matches dating back to last season.

Victoria Barrett was deadly as she nearly broke her own record for service aces in a single match (7) with six aces for the Aggies. Barrett's six aces included a run of three-straight aces to help the Aggies pull away in the first set.

Carly Aigner-Swesey helped facilitate an Aggie offense that hit .379 with 25 assists while freshman
Alana Embry added 12 more. Sophomore
Keke Holloway, making her first career start at Libero, wrapped up the match with seven digs and four assists.
