Scouting the Lancers
The top-seeded Lancers are undefeated at 22-0 entering Friday's semifinal matchup. California Baptist took two games from the Aggies earlier this year.

CBU is a handful, boasting four All-WAC honorees including WAC Player of the Year Ane Olaeta. The 5-4 point guard was a force all season as she averaged 12.3 points and dished out 7.6 assists per game to lead the NCAA in that category.

The Lancers leading scorer and rebounder, Britney Thomas, was named First-Team All-WAC after posting 13.7 points and 8.5 rebounds per game while shooting 66.3-percent from the floor. Another CBU post, Caitlyn Harper, was named Second-Team All-WAC after she scored 13.5 points and grabbed 7.5 boards per game. Freshman Nicole Avila-Ambrosi was named to the WAC All-Newcomer Team as she posted 10.9 points while shooting .394 from deep in her first season.

Last Time Out
The Aggies held Seattle U to just 27.0-percent shooting and led wire-to-wire to pick up a 56-46 win over Seattle U in the WAC quarterfinals on Wednesday, March 10.

Shania Harper posted a double-double with 15 points and 13 rebounds, both career highs, while Aaliyah Prince scored 12 and grabbed eight rebounds. Soufia Inoussa was lethal from deep, scoring 11 points on 3-5 shooting from three.

As a team, NM State outrebounded the Redhawks 46-33 and held Seattle's leading scorer, McKenzi Williams, to 10 points, 5,4 points below her season average.
