th on the NM State all-time scoring list with 1,503 points. She passed Madison Spence against Arizona State on Dec. 18. Pack currently ranks second in the WAC in scoring (17.4) and third in rebounds (8.4).

A Look at the Cougars
Chicago State currently holds an 0-15 overall record and an 0-2 WAC record after the first weekend of play. Last season, the Aggies defeated the Cougars three times including a 90-54 win over Chicago State in the WAC Quarterfinal.

Chicago State ranks at or near the bottom of the conference in most major statistical categories including scoring offense (58.1) and scoring defense (88.5). However, three difference cougars average double-figures led by Tyeshia Bowers (14.4). Kourtney Crane (12.2) and Bethany Carstens are the others averaging double-figure scoring.

Scouting the Roos
Kansas City holds an 8-8 overall record and a 1-1 WAC record after losing at Utah Valley 62-41 on Jan. 4. Last season, the Aggies beat the Roos three times including an epic WAC tournament Semifinal that NM State won 91-80 in overtime with
Gia Pack scoring 36 points.

Kansas City's scoring offense (65.1) and scoring defense (66.5), however, the Roos own the best field-goal percentage defense in the WAC (.376). The Roos are led by First-Team All-WAC member Ericka Mattingly who averages 15.9 points per game. Mattingly scored 17, 17 and 37 in three meetings with New Mexico State last season. Â
