WHEN WILL THEY STOP?
On Monday, Jan. 16, Moriah Mack won the College Sports Madness Player of the Week. The guard was the fourth Aggie to receive the honor this season, along with Brooke Salas, Gia Pack and Tamera William.

The player of the week honor was bestowed upon the San Antonio, Texas native after impressive performances in two contests last week. Mack helped lead NM State both offensively and defensively to an 81-65 victory at GCU, as the guard dropped 18 points to go along with a team-leading five steals. On the night, the senior shot seven for 11 (.636) from the field, including a perfect two for two from beyond the arc and two for two from the free throw line.

During the second contest of the week, NM State traveled to take on CSU Bakersfield, as the team won 64-55. Mack led the Aggie starters in scoring with 14 points and four assists, to go along with five rebounds and three steals.

MACK LOOKS TO JOIN AN ELITE RANK
Aggie senior guard Moriah has 952 career points through 102 games for NM State. The San Antonio, Texas native will become the 22nd player to join the exclusive 1,000 point club in program history. Through 18 games this season, Mack has averaged 12.0 points and dropped a season-high 18 versus New Mexico Highlands on Nov. 25.
