Prior to NM State
Appeared in and started 47 games for the Manhattan Jaspers in 2025... Batted .321 to rank second on the team... Paced Manhattan in hits (59), doubles (17), home runs (8) and total bases (102)... Also ranked second on the team in RBIs with 35... Finished the year with a team-best 17 multi-hit performances to go along with a team-high 10 multi-RBI games... Turned in a 10-game hitting streak... Season was highlighted by a series against Siena in which he logged seven hits, six RBIs, two doubles a home run and three runs scored... Concluded the year with a hit in 10 of the final 12 games... Played the 2023 and 2024 seasons at College of San Mateo where he appeared in 34 games and hit .382 with 33 RBIs... Was named Second Team All-NorCal Honors as a designated hitter... Attended Sacred Heart Cathedral Prep in San Francisco.

Son of Adrienne and Jess Taclas… Majoring in Individualized Studies... Father, Jess, played baseball at the University of San Francisco from 1994-95 and ranks tied for third in program history in stolen bases with 62 in just two seasons.
