Aggies head to California to wrap-up regular season against California Baptist.

LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The New Mexico State women's basketball team is set to finish the regular season in the Golden State against California Baptist in Riverside on Thursday, March 6, at 7 p.m. (MT).

A Look at the Lancers
California Baptist holds a 5-9 WAC record with a 14-15 overall record. In its last game, CBU took down Seattle U 90-79 behind 24 points from Lexy Ram and 20 from Ane Olaeta.
 
The Lancers boast the WAC's top offense, scoring an average of 74.9 points per game on .395 shooting from the field. They also hold the third-best three-point percentage in the conference (.323). However, California Baptist struggles on the defensive end, ranking eighth in scoring defense as it gives up 72.4 points per game.
 
Three different Lancers average double-figures while the Lancers top player, Brittany Thomas has missed the entire season due to injury. Ram is the leading scorer, averaging 12.9 points and 7.1 boards a game. Olaeta averages 11.7 while Georgia Dale adds 10.4 points per game.
