New Mexico State University Athletics

Ting Ashworth joined NM State Athletics in June 2025 as the Sports Dietitian, supporting the nutritional needs of Aggie student-athletes across multiple teams. She collaborates closely with coaches, athletic trainers, and strength staff while managing the football fueling station, including inventory, stocking, and ordering. Ashworth coordinates gameday snacks, communicates with dining services for catered meals, conducts individual nutrition consultations and body-composition assessments, and oversees the program’s student interns.

Her previous experience includes roles at Drexel University, an internship with the University of Maryland, and serving as a Sports Nutrition Graduate Assistant at the University of New Haven. Ashworth holds degrees from the University of New Haven and Drexel University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, reading and working out.
