Isaiah Washington

Isaiah Washington begins his first season with NM State in 2022. While serving as an offensive graduate assistant for the Aggies, Washington will help oversee the wide receivers.

Washington was a standout wide receiver himself, playing at the University of Central Oklahoma and Booker T. Washington High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma. While at Booker T., Washington helped lead the Hornets to the 2011 State Championship. In college, Washington and the Bronchos made a pair of appearances in bowl games.

To begin his coaching career, Washington returned to Tulsa and joined the staff at Union High School. At Union, Washington coach five wide receivers who have went on to play Division I football with the potential for additional commitments soon. Union continued their reign as an Oklahoma powerhouse under Washington, making three state championship game appearances.

Washington completed his degree from the University of Central Oklahoma, graduating with a degree in Biology. While at Union High School, Washington put his biology degree to use, teaching science classes.
