LAS CRUCES, N.M. – NM State Athletics has officially announced the unveiling of a monthly podcast featuring Director of Athletics Joe Fields. The show, dubbed "Cup of Joe with Athletics Director Joe Fields," presented by White Sands Federal Credit Union, will first air on Monday, January 5.
 
Fields, appointed on October 8, 2025, will take fan questions for a monthly podcast with host Adam Young. The monthly podcast will have a new episode released on the first Monday of each month, running through Monday, July 6. Fans are encouraged to begin submitting questions via aggieupradio@gmail.com.
 
Supporters can listen to each podcast episode on the Aggie Up Podcast Series on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, iHeart Radio and nmstatesports.com. A video version of each episode will also be available on the NM State Athletics YouTube page, as well as the NM State Aggies Facebook and Twitter.
