ALBUQUERQUE – The New Mexico State women's tennis team fell 4-0 to BYU in a neutral site match at the McKinnon Family Tennis Stadium Saturday afternoon.

The Aggies (4-9) found themselves in an early hole versus the Cougars (7-4) after doubles competition.
Eli Arnaudova and
Helena Colvee dropped their match 6-0 on court No. 3 while the Aggies top duo of
Lindsay Harlas and
Yadira Rubio were tripped up on court No. 1.

In singles action, Colvee lost to BYU's Samantha Smith at the No. 6 slot before Arnaudova went down 6-2, 6-1 on court No. 5.
Rebecca Keijzerwaard battled at the top singles spot before falling to her counterpart Mayci Jones 6-4, 6-1 – which clinched the match.

The Aggies will visit San Antonio, Texas, next Sunday, March 18, to face off against UTSA which kicks off a four match Texas road trip. NM State returns to Las Cruces on Friday, March 30, for a showdown with Battle of I-25 rival New Mexico.
